The Argentinean band The New Beans is featured at Napster store, at the alternative genre, next to bands like The Killers, Florence & The Machine, The Smiths and Paramore. The New Beans released their debut album trought MVB records, New York. Too bad that no one knows them in their own country, because they dared to sing in English.

La banda argentina The New Beans aparece recomendada en la tienda Napster, en el género alternative, al lado de bandas como The Killers, Florence & The Machine, The Smiths y Paramore. The New Beans lanzaron su álbum debut en 2011 a través del sello MVB records de New York. Es una lástima que en su propio país nadie los conozca porque se atrevieron a cantar en inglés.

10/ 2011 Nacional rockers keep acting stupid

Musicians that play the Latin music genre called rock nacional have all radio, TV, festivals and labels for them, but keep acting stupid. In the last few months Charly García destroyed a hotel, Pity Álvarez (with problems with the law) was seen with a gyn bottle in public and Fito Páez insulted those who didn't vote for the candidate he supported (who, just hyappens to be part of a government that pays him fortunes for playing live). Keep acting like this, old men, you're making it easy for us.

Los cultores del género de música latina llamada rock nacional tienen la radio, la TV, los festivales y los sellos a su favor, pero siguen actuando como idiotas. En los últimos meses Charly García destruyó un hotel, Pity Álvarez (con problemas penales) fue visto con una botella de ginebra en público y Fito Páez insultó en una nota a los que no votaron al candidato que él apoyaba (que es de un gobierno que le paga fortunas por tocar). Sigan así, gerontes, que nos la hacen fácil.

10/ 2011 Debayres, touring China (thanks to their songs in English)

The tango fusion band Debayres was invited to play in China, at the Naning International Folksongs festival. The organizers decided to invite them over after hearing the band's material in English (they also have some songs in Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese). Debayres members are Sawa Kobayashi and Osi Tejerina and they already toured the USA. Their third album is being released by Poley records.

10/ 2011 Debayres, en gira por China (gracias a sus temas en inglés)

La banda de tango fusión Debayres fue invitada a tocar en China, en el festival internacional Naning International Folksongs, gracias a que los organizadores escucharon el material en inglés de la banda (que posee canciones en portugués, español y japonés). Debayres está formado por Sawa Kobayashi y Osi Tejerina y ya realizaron una gira por Estados Unidos. Su tercer álbum está saliendo por Poley records.

The powerpop band from Rosario The Kavanaghs release their second album, Love Conquers Pain through the label Eternal Sunday. The album has a more modern sound that the first one and it is available worldwide in every major stores as a digital download. The CD version comes as a 7'' deluxe digipak (the size of a vinyl single record) with additional content. There's a high quality music video for the song "Tonight".

La banda powerpop rosarina The Kavanaghs lanza su segundo álbum, Love Conquers Pain a través del sello Eternal Sunday. El álbum presenta un sonido más moderno que su antecesor y se encuentra dispobible en formato digital en las principales tiendas del mundo. La versión en CD es un digipak de lujo de 7'' (el tamaño de un single de vinilo) con contenido adicional. Hay un videoclip de excelente callidad del corte "Tonight".
